1. Introduction

Welcome to PARASKEVA (“we”, “our”, “us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website, located at www.paraskeva.co, and the purchase of products through our Website. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue to use immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website and to make purchases.

2.2 Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Descriptions: We strive to ensure that the information on our Website is accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, and other content are free from errors.

3.2 Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide orders.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and in any case before the products are received by you by sending us an email at info@paraskeva.co. After placing the order, its cancellation will be accepted within 24 hours. If there is a timely cancellation as defined above, the amount will be returned to the beneficiary within five (5) to fifteen (15) working days, always subject to the banking institution’s policy. 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing: Prices are listed in euro and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept [List Payment Methods]. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4.3 Taxes: You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

5. Orders and Shipping

5.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

5.2 Shipping: Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Items can be returned if they satisfy the following conditions:

1. The item must be unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.

2. The item has no marks or stains (such as makeup or spray tan).

3. The item does not have any odor (such as deodorant, perfume, body sprays etc)

4. A receipt and proof of payment is available. 

6.2 PARASKEVA reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will be covered by the customer.

6.3 Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, who additionally bears any customs charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You shall choose a registered courier for your return and you are solely responsible for the secure delivery of the items to us within the agreed time frame. 

6.4 Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days to arrange an exchange. If you return a defective item or an incorrect item, we will examine your order and where we determine that the item is defective or not the one you ordered, we will provide you with a full refund of the delivery charges for sending the product to you and the return charges incurred by you when returning your items.

6.5 Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through Make a Return / Exchange.

6.6: Once the items arrive at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will verify them before accepting the return. This process usually takes 3 to 7 days. If your items are accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund, or shipping of your exchange.

6.7 If your order is eligible for a refund in line with the conditions of Clause 6, the refund will be made depending on the way the product was originally paid for and the banking institution’s policy and may take from five (5) to fifteen (15) business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PARASKEVA or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PARASKEVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of our Website or products; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PARASKEVA, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our Website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You hereby waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and stay informed of any updates.

12.1 At PARASKEVA we may retain users’ personal data to ensure the timely and appropriate shipment of products, as well as for further marketing purposes, tax obligations etc.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PARASKEVA regarding the use of our Website and the purchase of products. Any other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, are hereby excluded.
